I remember having my first baby and thinking that breastfeeding would come naturally. And then having my second and third and fourth and so on, and each baby having different symptoms that made our feeding journey different… and certainly not easy.

Hi , I'm Shari
I'm a parent who has walked the tongue and lip ties, reflux, and Torticollis path myself (with 5 of my own babies)! I know how overwhelming these feeding struggles can feel. In fact, I trained in a bunch of different things to piece together resources to support my own babies and my clients' babies in a way no one was offering— the information was so convoluted. I blend clinical insight with real-world parenting experience because you deserve up-to-date best practices, guidance, and support from someone who understands what you're going through and can make the resources manageable & understandable, not more overwhelming and confusing.
